Characteristics of Y2 Three-phase Induction Motor
(1) High standardization and universality of this series, the installation size is similar to the Y series motor in the exact specification. The standard parts and fasteners are chosen according to relevant national standards.
(2) Y2 series electric motor adopts unique exterior design-parallel vertical radiate slices. This design not only increased radiated surface but also strengthened the electric motor’s beautification
(3) Y2 series motor insulation degree is F grade, but we still use the B grade standard for the temperature rise. It increases both reliability and extends
(4) Y2 series electric motor has weak vibration and low noise
(5) Y2 series motor has the maximum efficiency when the loading rate is at about 75%.

Product Introduction
The Y2 Three-phase Electric Motor for general purpose motor suitable for no special requirements of various mechanical equipment. The rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency for frequency 50Hz, below is the Y 3Kw pick method, and 4 Kw above for “△the ” connect method. Environmental temperature does not exceed 40 ℃, elevation not more than 1,000 meters, working way continuous (SI).

Product Application
The Y2 Three-phase Electric Motor can be used in various fields such as machine tools, water pumps, blowers, compressors, transportation, mixture, printing, agricultural machines, and food processors where there are no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases.
The mounting dimension and the power degree of the Y2 series motor conform to the IEC standard. The protection degree of the frame is IP54 or IP55, and the cooling method is of IC411 with continuous duty(S1). F-class insulation is used, and the temperature rising is checked against B-class.
The operating place of the motor is not more than 1,000 meters above sea level. The ambient temperature varies with seasons but is not more than 40℃. The lowest ambient temperature is -15℃. The highest monthly average relevant humidity is 90% in the moistest month; at the same time, the lowest monthly average temperature of this month is not more than 25℃.
