Also, it will avoid igniting the explosive gas environment caused by one or multiple kinds of gas or steam to ensure the environment’s safety. This motor series has advantages such as excellent flame-proof performance, high reliability, compact structure, high efficiency, energy-saving, safety, environment protection, low vibration, low noise, ease of installation and maintenance, etc.
Explosion-proof Principle:
Flameproof “Ex d” motors are a form of explosion-proof motor. The principle is to place components that may generate sparks, arcs, or dangerously high temperatures in a flameproof enclosure during the regular operation of the equipment. The flameproof casing can withstand internal pressure without damage and ensure that when the inner flame gas propagates through the gap, the energy is reduced. It is not enough to detonate the gas outside the casing.
